We understand sometimes things may go wrong & you may need to exchange or refund an item for various reasons. 


We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and providing you with a hassle-free exchange and refund process.

Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange:

We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Damaged / Defect Items: We need a proper unedited 360” video while opening the package from beginning to end and any damages have to be shown in the video itself to initiate an exchange or return. We have rights to reject return / exchange if required is not provided correctly.
  • Seller Error: The error includes difference in size/fabric/design as displayed.Our team ensures free re-shipping of correct order without additional cost. 


For defective /error/ damaged products, please report to us at the contact details below within 24hours to arrange for a refund or exchange.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Readymade blouses

• Sale items

• International orders


RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.


SHIPPING

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



REFUND / EXCHANGE STATUS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
